Return and refund policy



Accepted returns
You have 30 days after receipt of your purchase to request a return, provided that the products are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exclusions
Opened food products (human or animal), including live mealworms, cannot be returned. If your mealworm order arrives damaged (with a majority of the worms dead), please contact us with photos.

 

Procedure
Contact us at info@tricycle.eco to initiate the return. Once accepted, we will send you a shipping label and return instructions. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, except in the case of error on our part (incorrect or damaged item) and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 14 working days of receipt of the return. You will receive a notification. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@tricycle.eco.
