This recipe is the creation of Béa.

Béa is an intern at TriCycle and in addition to being quite familiar with fluid mechanics and agricultural engineering, among other things, she imagined this tapenade which surprised the whole team. It is rich in protein and without anchovies!

We strongly recommend it (the tapenade).

Preparation: 10 min


  • 3/4 cup of Kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon olive liquid (or vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon of capers
  • 4 tbsp mealworm powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Chop the olives and capers then add them to the other ingredients. Mix everything together and serve on crackers as an aperitif or on the side!
